Zack's App is a private, single-user automation tool built by Zack Palmer for his own personal use. It is not offered as a public product or service, and these terms exist only to satisfy the app-registration requirements of third-party platforms it connects to (such as Google).
Use of the app
The app is operated solely by its owner, for the owner's own accounts. It is not available for use, sign-up, or connection by any other person or organization.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. It may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
Because this is a personal tool used only by its own creator, the owner assumes all risk and responsibility for its operation. It is not liable to any third party for any outcome arising from its use.
